Delivery Options
We only deliver within the UK.
Orders Above £75.00
Orders above £75.00 are delivered free of charge and will be delivered within 3-5 days. Orders are tracked and require a signature when delivered.
Orders Below £75.00
Orders below £75 are delivered within 3-5 days. Orders are tracked and require a signature when delivered – £3.95.
Where do we deliver?
We only deliver to UK postal addresses.

Track Your Order
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account where you will also find your shipping tracking number.
Import Taxes and Duties
If you contact us directly to ship items outside of the UK you may have to pay an import tax or duty when you receive your item(s). Such taxes or duties are your responsibility.
How to return a full or partial order
We want your experience shopping with us to be as easy and as pleasurable as possible.
If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. If the item(s) you ordered from us are faulty we will refund your postage costs. If your items are simply unwanted you will be responsible for the cost of return postage/packaging.
Simply return your item(s) to the returns address noted in your delivery note.
What payment options do we provide?
PayPal
For your security, all payments are taken via PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. PayPal accept all major credit and debit cards.
Bank Transfers
If you’d rather pay via BACS please contact us and we’ll issue an invoice via email containing our bank details. We’ll take your order over the telephone or via email instead of going through our online checkout.

For your security and assurance we only accept online payments via PayPal. PayPal encrypt all personal and payment information for your safety. We never gain access to any of your payment details.
When making a purchase your payment is taken directly through the PayPal system. Once your order is complete you are returned to our website.
You can then access current and previous orders as well as track the status of any current orders via your account.
How to redeem a discount voucher
If you’ve received a discount voucher you can redeem the value of the voucher during checkout. Simply enter the voucher code in the box provided and the value of the voucher will be automatically deducted from your total order price.
If you only spend a partial amount of the total value of the voucher code, you can continue to use the same voucher code on a separate visit.
